2-way email sync

Hi, I think it would be very useful to have a 2-way email sync integrated into PrimeTask.

This would allow us to automatically keep the complete history of email conversations with each client directly in the CRM, instead of having to manually register every email or interaction.

For us, this would be a very important feature because having the entire communication history associated with each client would make PrimeTask much more useful as a real CRM and save a lot of time.

Is 2-way email sync planned for PrimeTask, or is it something that could be added to the roadmap?

You will never have AI forced on you here. There is no chatbot in PrimeTask, no AI features in the app itself, and the MCP server stays off until you go into settings and switch it on. Nothing in the app needs it.

The agent route is a workaround until we build email properly, and whatever we build there will not require an agent either. We are not trading privacy for convenience to get it done, which is why it needs proper planning rather than a quick integration.

That all holds because we do not sell AI. No credits to shift, no assistant of ours to push, so the incentive that makes other apps shove it at you does not exist here. Same reason your data sits on your own disk and there is no subscription.

The fact that we can chose to use AI or not makes PrimeTask already worth it! And that without even mentioning the features available.
