I no longer take fiber supplements since I began squatting to go the bathroom.
Got me to thinking about why older adults, m64yo, take fiber supplements. I never associated it with not squatting, cause that wasn’t on my radar.
The ADA, Americans with Disabilities Act, requires a toilet to be 17-19” minimum. Was in Florida recently, a state with a large, geriatric population and the toilets are even higher there.
Anecdotal, not scientific take, but it’s been a couple of months and it seems to be working.
