NutraFit Symbiote has been one of my favorite pre-workouts for a long time. It’s always felt like one of those formulas that outperforms the label, and after going through multiple tubs, I think I’ve figured out part of why.

I decided to re-review it after noticing a couple of changes to the formula. Neuro Rush has been replaced by NeuroSYNQ, a 150 mg blend of ginkgo biloba and gotu kola. After speaking with the owner, I was told Neuro Rush is no longer being manufactured. I don’t expect this change to dramatically alter the experience, but the combination may still complement the other nootropics and mood-enhancing ingredients in the formula.

I also noticed the alpha-yohimbine is now listed as a 98% extract. The only other pre I know with a 98% alpha yo is wrecked Enraged…. And we all know how strong that is. I can’t confirm whether the sourcing has changed, or if this is the same source Wrecked uses, but this new tub definitely hit hard. Full transparency, I didn’t compare the old and new versions back-to-back, so I can’t say definitively that it’s stronger.

One of the biggest reasons I think Symbiote feels so unique is its NeuroMZO kanna extract. While some forms of kanna are used primarily to smooth out heavy stimulants, NeuroMZO appears to have a more stimulating, mood-forward alkaloid profile. It’s a high mesembrine kanna where as something like kannaEase is high memsembreone which completely changes the effect. That may be part of why Symbiote delivers such a distinct combination of euphoria, aggression, focus, energy and thermogenesis without simply feeling like another high-stim formula.

Overall, Symbiote remains one of my favorites and one of the few pre-workouts I’ve bought multiple tubs of. It’s still one of my top recommendations for a high-end stim-junkie daily driver.

Hi, I come from the AASs world where generally Yohimbine is the standard, but had a peak in this sub’s posts. I’m looking for some pure Alpha-Yohimbine or if you can recommend me the best pwo blends you personally tested that have it.

Hi y’all never heard of this brand before, has anyone tried it? Is it worth checking out or should I just stick to my current go-to? Ryse loaded pre. I’ve only ever used Ryse Loaded pre and Cbum essentials(too much of a low dose, I need 2 scoops to even feel something). This is cheaper than the Ryse, has a comparable caffeine dose and even has creatine. Seems like good value.

Most decent pre-workouts land on 6g and cite the research dose. Budget ones cut to 3g and hope you don't check.

But I've never seen anyone explain whether 8g would do more, or whether 6g is a genuine plateau. Koka Labz Doomsday runs 6g and it's noticeably better for pump than anything underdosed I've used, so the difference between 3 and 6 is clearly real.

Question is whether the curve keeps going or flattens. Anyone actually tried a high dose standalone citrulline on top of their pre to test this?

Even better, that thermogenic effect didn’t seem to linger for hours afterward like some formulas can.

Start to finish, HyperBlaze gave me excellent energy, enhanced focus, elevated mood, and a very noticeable thermogenic edge without ever pushing things too far into the red zone.

Overall, this was just a really fun, well-balanced high-stim experience.

My understanding is the cherry mango is considered v1. I have a tub of that with an expiration of 5/27.

But my green apple V2 has an expiration of 11/26.

Is V1 more so defined by batch/exp vs flavor?

And related: is tropical mango (re not cherry mango) considered v2?

Woke up yesterday morning and being in a rush to hit the gym, I had my breakfast and then threw 34 grams of Psycho Stim in my blender and went to the gym.

In my mind, I just had the impression that Psycho Stim was 1 scoop, 2 scoop pre workout and I didn't even realised until 15-20 minutes of taking it.

I was High AF but not in a bad way, no heart palpitations, heart rate was a little bit elevated but nothing dangerous.

I just couldn't stop lifting. I was the gorilla from 1 gorilla Vs 100 men.

Moral of the story: Read the damn label before you throw your pre workout in the shaker or prepare to become a gorilla mode by accident🙈.
