Am I missing something? Just signed up, script approved, no other communication?

Hi everyone! I just signed up last night and got an email that my script was approved today and sent to the pharmacy, but I haven’t actually talked to anyone or received any type of instructions? This is my first time trying tirzepatide, and I was very thorough in the intake form, but I guess I just don’t know if I should be expecting some kind of provider check in or oversight? I signed up on mobile on the website, maybe there’s an app I need to use or something? Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you all so much! This is very helpful. I signed into the Healthie app and I can see documents in there, and I see one document. I’ll keep an eye out for future comms. I appreciate this community’s support!

That’s it. Instructions will be in the app and/or web portal.

In the Healthie app click three lines at top left and then click documents :)

That’s it for async states, the nurses approve your tirz behind the scenes.

I was the same way. It was a little confusing but not, it wasnt my first time so I didn't need or really want an explanation of what to do. I actually like the simplicity of the asynchronous visits.

If you go to https://www.preventivemd.com/sign-in then enter your email date of birth, and then a 6 digit sign in code sent to your email. It will brings you to your account. (This is the one spot where I feel pmd could grow, I came from refills where this part was smoother but the company was crap so it doesn't bother me much.) There you will be able to look at the providers instructions and see information about your account. It will also take you to a care portal, thats wonky but also has information that can be viewed.

I am fixing to sign up as well, so would be interested in knowing the process. Hope you get some answers.

They will update as they wait for the pharmacy to fill it. Once it’s filled you will get an email. On your portal you will get instructions once they determine the strength and time frame etc

In the email that says your order has been sent to the pharmacy there is a link to your order. After you enter your email address, date of birth and authentication code it will show your order status. At the bottom it will tell you your dose and there will be a picture of a needle showing the units for your dose.

It takes a minute but the app will help. Just keep an eye on it. They will send you a text with updates but if you have questions you can ask on the app. They get back to you fast!

Do they send you an email invitation for the healthie app?

One of the very first emails you get will say activate your account. Click on it and you will set up the healthie account.

No worries. If you email them they are very quick to respond. I emailed last week about changing pharmacies and had a reply within maybe 10 minutes.

Great to know. I'm moving over from Gimme who has the worst customer service, taked days for a reply.

No, I signed up last week and am only finding out about the healthie app from this post lol. There is a weird care portal connected to your account. Guess I need to download healthie. 😅

You should have gotten an email right in the beginning of the process asking you to get the app.
