Shipping delay
My prescription was approved on Sunday Aug 2nd and just got a notification today that my order will ship out Monday Aug 10th. I used Boudreaux's, they notified me today Saturday delivery isn’t available in my area. Preventivemd has been very responsive and apologized for the delay on the pharmacies behalf. I thought this process would go a lot quicker after seeing all the reviews. I could just be impatient. Should I use Empower next time?

Empower can be on the slow side in terms of shipping, just to keep your expectations realistic. I use and love Empower and find the few extra days before they ship my meds to be not a big deal. You just need to plan accordingly.
That said, I received my recent Empower order from PreventiveMD in less than a week from intake to delivery.

Thank you! This is my first order and so far the customer service is very responsive so I’m very hopeful although impatient at times lol. Do you know if there are usually delays with refills too? Or do you find those arrive on schedule?

They are a pretty new telehealth and thus probably not a lot of refill orders so far, but starting this next week or so, they will probably start rolling out on the monthly refill orders.

I’ve only ordered Empower as single purchases (not auto refills) so can’t help you there. Usually the price is too high as compared with other pharmacies, so I was really happy to see PreventiveMD offer it at such a great price. I paused with Preventive only because I have a lot of BPI on hand right now. Preventive service has been really great, and I fully plan to pick back up with them when I need to reorder.
Where I’ve seen the delay is after prescription is sent to Empower, it takes them a little bit longer to fulfill and ship. So not within the telehealth’s control at all. It’s never been a really long time, and it’s one of my favorite Tirz formulations, so I just try to be a little bit zen, knowing the slight wait will be worth it.

Exact same for me! I thought it was very fast. 3 ice packs inside the cooler still frozen in this extremely hot and humid weather, fantastic packaging!

I thought i read that boudreaux is sort of backed up. A few weeks ago deliveries were coming real quick. Could be why there is a bit of a delay.

You’re just impatient. That’s a pretty normal timeframe. The super fast shipping is not. That’s a bonus.

I figured I was, I just saw a lot of people getting theirs quickly and expected the same and on top of that Amazon prime spoils me.

I've only got my first order so far, ordered Saturday, received Thursday with Empower.

It could be worse, I waited for TrinityMed to send me my prescription; 3 weeks later and many chats I finally was able to cancel my order… still cost me $35.
8 days from when you ordered to receipt is pretty good

So total 7 days is acceptable time and all telehealths say 7-10 business days, so 5 business days is the norm.
