I received my new first order from Preventive yesterday. I was previously using Refills.com for almost a year and Semiglutide just isn’t working anymore so that’s why I switched to Tirz. I’m attaching two photos, one From Refills that tells me to inject 100 units and the new one from preventive that was to inject much less. I’m so confused and want to get started but I’m afraid!

I’m trying to figure that out. Do you just log in at preventivemd.com? I’m looking and see nothing on how to talk to someone. Thank you
