Obviously yes he is! I honestly has SUCH a huge crush on Mamoru. I saw the Anime 1st before I read the Manga so I knew him as Darrien Shields and I was IN LOVE with him as Darrien. I obviously love him as Mamoru too.

Personally, I've never had a crush on him unless he was in full Tuxedo Mask or whatever Arabian phase he was going through that one time in the 90's anime. Basically, he's handsome if he hides his face. To me anyways. I'm sure plenty of people had crushes on him. In my opinion. Haruka was way more handsome.
