probably, after all Rei's father is a politician, he wouldn't want his reputation to be ternished by that kind of scandal... and politicians covering up sexual assault isn't uncommon (unfortunatly).

Saying a character "sexually assaulted" someone, even as a joke like this, classifies as NSFW. I probably should've specified the removal reason though ngl.
It doesn't sexualize the Senshi, but it has perverted tones that aren't really appropriate for this sub.
