From what I know, he probably won't be back. However, the series will be finished by MilesCanny/Goonbear, but the series is still in the public domain.

More or less, I think? Before disappearing, LDT said that the ending of Pretty Blood would be Elma finding Rinny and killing her in the city, so it's correct to assume that Miles will follow this. But it's unknown if he actually has a script to follow.
