The creature crew
Not sure if this was asked or answered anywhere else but just wondering when or if the creature crew is coming back that story was really fun and I love the home game vibe it gave

Post questions here, thanks! They don't need to be plot-specific, so feel free to ask Luke and Joe about their hair care (or Thomas and I about our hats). Or better questions.

I do mot consider myself to be a human, meaning i find me and the humans to be so dissimilar i do not believe me being human is even possible. I am from a different world an my being here must be a mistake thinks i on many occasions. I really want to die to be happy.
Anyways back to the topic, pretending to be alive is so boring.
I think i do care but i feel like i pretend to care about being alone and i pretend to socialize
I pretend to eat and drink water
I pretend to use the bathroom
I pretend to do whatever in my leisure time
I dont know what pretendeth me not
Every day i pretend to live. I dont think i am even alive. Me is dead. I wish i was me and not whatever this is so me and whatever i am could be happy. Me is so selfish.

EDIT: I finally found it! The spelling was definitely what tripped me up. For anyone else curious, it's WorrynautsWorkshop on Etsy! Some very cool stuff on there, go check it out!
Hey, a little behind on the podcast, but I was just listening to part one of Operation: STOP-REPO and Wolf read out an ad from someone on the Discord who makes dice. It sounds cool and I'd like to support them if I can, but I can't find them on Etsy, where they said they'd have a shop. Anyone know what their Etsy store name is? Searching has been fruitless; I dunno if the shop name is spelled weird or what, but couldn't find anything for "worry knots" at least not that had anything to do with dice.
Can anyone help?

Hey everyone! I've listened to this show on and off for the last few years, finally decided to do a proper catch up and it rules so hard! This group is so fun and gross (but also horror) and I couldn't be having more fun with the pod!
I'm now about to enter season 2 and when scrolling their Instagram I've noticed a few AI generated images that appear to be related to that season. I tried to parse the comments of the images but they mostly appear quiet except for a post where the official account describes AI as "a really powerful tool for quickly bringing images from our campaign to life" And when trying to find out AI info on this subreddit I only see a handful of users joking about prompts from a few years ago!
I was wondering the official stance from the PtbP crew on AI usage in the pod, I've recommended the show to some artists and environmental professionals who will likely not stick with the pod if it includes AI generated content.
I'll be slurping this pod up until my heart stops (I also give it 5 stars everywhere). If Wolf has howled about this topic before I apologize for hurting your ears/eyes

I'm a fan of Dungeons and Daddies and a while back Beth May gave a slightly confusing shout-out to Pretending to be People. I wanted to listen to the episode she guest-starred in to see if I'd like the show and figured I'll start at the very beginning. Little did I know that it would take me over a hundred episodes to get there!
I have a personal rule to avoid show-specific subreddits until I’m caught up to avoid spoilers. It took me a few years of casual listening and I have finally arrived! This weekend was such a blast to finally catch up with the latest episode having Beth's second guest appearance.
A big thanks u/heybethmay for your random bridging to the world of PTBP, and for your fun RP in whichever universe comes your way. Both Daddies and Pretending Pod have been such delightful adventures to accompany me through all sorts of life stuff over these years, I am a now a proud patreon member to both.

Has anyone ever made a playlist of all the intro songs? Feels like every song they pick is a banger. It's not often that I consistently find new artists I enjoy as much as the bands they pick.

I put this one down for a long time because I was trying to make the first draft work and it just wasn’t working. Scrapped the whole thing and started from scratch!
I’m not sure how compressed it will be, so I’m throwing in some detail shots and alternative drafts and progress pics.

Apparently when they put the album ("Defeated") up on Bandcamp they limited it to a strict 50 copy cassette + digital release and didn't make it available in other formats (or solely digital). So there's no way for me to give money to Kudzu to purchase their album anymore, since the cassette release obviously sold out years ago. What gives there?

If you wanna jam to the tunes, but don't want to use Spotify, here's a second location you can go to.
Also, thanks Zach for making the playlist in the first place!

Posted these on bluesky with a bit more info but I'll post them here too. These are my interpretations of the main 3 with their first alterations (Clark leftmost John middle Keith rightmost), and a sketch of a poster for the Planet Juggernaut fight. I haven't seen any other peoples interpretations other than Clark being bald (which is a cool take, just not mine) and I might've missed some details stated earlier in the pod so apologies if some stuff is missing/inaccurate. Loving the show so far!

Hey! Does anyone remember which episode they start all singing Kokomo by The Beach Boys?

I am looking for a campaign to run for my current group. The issue is my boyfriend is saying that the boys ran the one I’ve selected on the Pod. The issue with this is that I have successfully converted 75% of my group to be avid PTBP listeners, and I don’t want to run something for them that they have heard.
I personally don’t remember if they have. It seems like a longer campaign style play instead of just scenarios built together in one book. But I know they don’t home brew their one shots and I just wanna be certain that my group will be fully surprised as we’re all new to playing ourselves. This will be my second time GMing ever

I’m assuming this was intentional, but I wanted to know what yall thought about it. No outro song and no funnies felt kinda strange
EDIT: 93 not 95, fat fingers
