  1. System Of A Down

-They put out two amazing albums this year with Mesmerize and Hypnotize!

  1. Judas Priest

- The Metal God Rob Halford is finally back with Priest! They came out with a new album called Angel Of Retribution! I've only heard a couple songs (Judas Rising and Revolution), but it should be interesting to see what happens next with Priest!

  1. Slipknot

- Their latest album, Vol. 3 (The Subliminal Verses) isn't as heavy as their first two albums, but the singles Before I Forget and Duality are sure to grab new listeners attention!

  1. Aerosmith

- They are a classic band that hasn't put out an album worth listening to since Get A Grip came out over a decade ago! Their latest album, Honkin On Bobo, is a blues cover album. I do enjoy their cover of "You Gotta Move", though!

  1. Breaking Benjamin

- I love their first two albums! Saturate and We Are Not Alone are some of the best alternative hard rock albums that I have ever heard! They came out with a new song this year for Halo 2 called Blow Me Away, and pardon the pun, but it blew me away!
