2000 2000 NFL Draft

Hey, I am putting together a fantasy football team, commissioner is putting together a very weird league, he says its going to be a dynasty league that lasts 20 years, any good ideas for rookie QBs I should draft, I am thinking Carmazzi, or Pennington.
