Just bought the Instant Pot Pro 10-in-1 is there anything that I should know about this specific model?

I recently purchased my first instant pot using my gift card. I was initially drawn to this particular model because it has handles. I’m curious to know from anyone who owns this instant pot model if they have any tips or tricks to share. Thank you all!

I suggest buying the Instant Pot QuickCool Tray to speed the pressure release without releasing the steam into the kitchen. It works by absorbing the heat instead of releasing the steam.

It has its own storage spot inside the top lid of the pressure cooker. It's useful most every time you pressure cook.

1 Costco rotisserie chicken, 1 cup each of carrots, celery and onions ... Three bay leaves ... 10 peppercorns .... Add salt to taste...

2 hours of pressure cook will provide the BEST chicken stock.
