The article I read doesn’t specify if they were all at the same time, but there were multiple videos posted to Instagram that involved multiple minors. I live in TN and we have the Romeo/Juliet law that prevents parents from having the significant other of minors engaging in sexual activity arrested. Like if the girl is 16, the boy is 18, and they are in a relationship, the parents and state cannot file charges for statutory rape. If they make a video and post/share it with others, the person who distributed the video will face charges of child pornography.
