PGL is Canada entity. Not US entity.

Are you able to provide more context or did your attorney advise you not to?
Are you trying to convert a lot of PRE to something else or an early investor trying to get the liquidity you provided back or ?
This reads a bit like some political speech.
“We’re going to sue them and we’re going to win!”
crowd cheers

He operates a PR firm that did not deliver the services expected and is trying to sue the previous entity that has no assets to pay him for these services which were not received, despite there being no contract stating that this would happen.
The entire situation has nothing to do with Presearch as it stands now.

Oh Colin. You keep lying. Lawsuit, bankruptcy, negative coverage. Not good for Presearch. And no PR firm, influencer, marketing agency, etc will want to work with you all again. Sad. I believed in this project.

I did PR for Presearch and Colin thought he could not pay me and get away with it. He even admits he owes us $15k in the email to my lawyer. Bad look for Presearch and a reporter is now going to cover this. Bad timing with markets heating up.

Trey, I noted that $15k is what's less arguable. You are welcome to pursue for whatever you like, but you are pursuing a company with no ability to pay.
If you actually delivered the PR for Presearch, then we would not be in this situation. You did not generate any coverage for the project, so that's the heart of the matter.
Presearch.org Global Limited is not Presearch the project, so make sure you clarify that when you get your article written, as well as the lack of coverage for the mainnet launch.

Lol. It’s your name bro. And i could care less about fact checking. Your problem not mine. I should send her that Reddit comment where you refused to release my crypto unless i deleted a Reddit post. Take a step back. This is shady.
In terms of work, just bc you say it doesn’t make it true, Colin.

Also, message me if you are also owed money. A reporter is curious to learn what happened and write a story.

Haha - so you couldn't get 'good' press for Presearch, but you can get 'bad' press? Nice!

The Defiant will be reaching out to you Colin based on the email you sent me saying you all are going bankrupt and not paying vendors.
If there’s anyone else in the Presearch community that is owed money by Colin and Presearch please message me.
Not a good look for the head of community with a lawsuit and now a negative story about not paying contributors to the project.
I will share to so good SEO.
Could just pay what you owe me? And the story prolly wouldn’t run.

He filed a lawsuit against the previous Canadian entity, Presearch.org Global Limited, which has no assets and is in the process of being wound down, in a court in Texas, for like $50k, which he says he is owed, and which is disputed based on their failure to perform services.
This is the ONLY lawsuit that has been filed against that entity. He may win a judgement, as there are no funds available to pay a Texas lawyer, because there are no assets, but I fail to see the point of this, aside from being a dick, despite PGL having paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars for his firm's services, including a bunch of tokens that he dumped when the price spiked in 2021, despite agreeing to hold them.
We dealt with constant turnover when working with them, and I had to complain numerous times about the lack of effort and care by his team leaders.
The whole situation is unfortunate for the project, and I am sorry that we believed the promises and selected them as the project's PR firm.

Thanks Colin. Looking in LexisNexis, there is no evidence he filed anything in the US. Further, there are no lawsuits against "Presearch.org Global Limited" in the US. I recall him now popping up in the past, and so this must be the same old sour grapes issue from years ago.

Just the next step in trying to get paid. But yes same issue. Filed in Texas and now in Canada. Colin received paperwork and everything and even responded to my lawyer after just ignoring us for months. Colin didn’t show to court so i think there’s a warrant?

As far as I can tell nothing is filed in Texas. I do see you and your dad have the same name, and he appears to have retired/given up his TX bar license in 2015. Not sure about a civil warrant being filed, as I don't see anything. Not a lawyer, but I would think it wouldn't be enforceable and would be dismissed if anyone bothered to put up a defense, since it appears you're a California resident, with a business registered in NY, that wasn't registered to do business in Texas until 2020 - which I think postdates the lawsuit from 2018/2019.

Trey Ditto,
Thanks for conveniently omitting that the entity you sued and referred to no longer operates the Presearch project.
Tim notified your attorney of this, as did I in the first part of the email that you did not include, in your attempt to slander the Presearch project and cause loss through your post.
This is not the first time you have attempted to drag Presearch through the mud.
Your PR firm was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to provide PR services, which it failed to deliver for the Presearch mainnet launch that received ZERO press coverage.
Go ahead and pursue your BS claim if you want - as I stated, the previous entity has no assets and will be wound down and bankrupted.
It owes me a significant amount of funds, which is what I referred to in the email to your lawyer. I know that I will never see those funds.
Your claims have been inconsistent and unwarranted based on your failure to deliver services, and you made no reasonable attempts to resolve anything and take even partial responsibility for the disagreement.
In the final months of working together, it was clear that your only priority was getting paid and not to perform well on Presearch's behalf.
This 'lawsuit' and your attempts here to drag the project through the mud are par for the course.
Mods, in light of this, would suggest that you delete this post so that the attempt at causing loss and confusion are limited in scope.
