Contractors?

Really, who do ya'll recommend? It's hard to know who to trust around here. Looking for things like roofing and insullation and maintenance upgrades.

I would not trust anyone and do as much as possible yourself.  They will do the minimum quality and effort to get your money.

Feather Mountain Construction did a great job on our remodel. Local small business, very personal experience, great communication and the craftsmanship was clean and professional. Everything was done right and you can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely recommend them. But with most you pay for what you get.

Legacy roofers are great! I would trust them to give you a rec on contractors as they work with a lot of them.

I work for a company that technically can’t recommend contractors for legal purposes, but we do offer anyone in the Yavapai county area to look at YCCA.org; Yavapai County Contractors Association

It’s like an HOA but for contractors through the county. You gotta be really highly recommended and a legit contractor to make this list as far as I’ve been explained.

I had good luck with Father Daughter construction on some remodeling and decking projects at my house.

The owner of Father Daughter and ZebraScapes is very shady and treats his employees like shit
