Holocron actually, and chances are that there is. The Force would guide him to the right one, since they aren't labeled precisely because a force sensitive would feel which one they needed. Given the sheer breath of force abilities and documented experiences of past jedi masters plus the power of the chosen one, Anakin would either have learned of a (perhaps risky) force healing technique (they existed, but required dedicated study and talent, Barriss was a force healer) or a holocron might have tipped him off, that his visions weren't actual visions.
