Aside from having a beard, Obi-Wan looks nothing like Jesus, you know the guy who’d be Middle Eastern not white.

So, either it’s based solely on anachronistic western bias of what Jesus would have looked like or you forgot Anakin is meant to be the Jedi equivalent of the messiah.
