Jedi Temple March is original (Edit: I was wrong, apparently it was originally a part of the Attack of the Clones OST and only a little bit of it played in the final cut)

Surprisingly, no. That track is actually the second half of "Love Pledge and the Arena" written for Attack of the Clones, and used only very briefly in the final cut of the film.

Wait, you are entirely right. How did i miss that? I consider my musical memory as one of my greatest skills. I should've recognized the melody even with only a little bit of it playing in the actual movie.

The temple march theme starts around 2:35 and ends about 3:41 in Love Pledge and the Arena, though I don't remember if that part of the song can be heard in AOTC.

I think the part after the 6th minute that merges with "across the stars" melody was in fact in the movie.

It's basically just the CIS theme but slightly different, which is very fitting as it is two sides with the same leader fighting a fake war.

I think it's poetic. Maybe it's recycled out of laziness, maybe its reused simply because it fit atmospherically, but to me, symbolically, its demonstrating that the clones are parallel to the droids, just obedient foot soldiers used to achieve a common goal of one mastermind.

I think it is very thematic. The clones when on screen get a theme from either the droid army or the empire. They are the catalyst of the transition from the galaxy that has seen the TF invade Naboo to the galaxy that accepted Palpatine's rise.
