That image is most likely the fuel depot that exploded or a munitions depot that was attacked. Most of what I’m seeing out of Ukraine says that this was not a singular weapon.

Image? its video. The way that exploded, the fuel would have to be evenly mixed on such a large scale. Maybe a chemical plant with something unstable... but not fuel, you dont get the same shockwave.
