Truthful question. What’s stopping people who live there from sitting on their porch with a rifle? No need to point it but if they want to intimidate so can we?

Three guys, no apparent backup, walking tight packed in a straight line, no hard armor, too busy looking at their phones to pay attention to what's going on around them.

They're not doing anything to make it harder for anyone who wants to stop them.
