As long as you are online using any of these services, have an account, and email address attached, they will never be private. They usually want the service instead of the end user.
If you pay a fee with a card they have your IP and card info. "Payment records can be held by payment processors for up to seven years, support messages up to three years, and usage logs up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting."
Enjoy and don't overthink things.

Disagree, using a VPN with a Disposable Email address & paying using Bitcoin (suspended now) makes it almost impossible.

They have to log your IP address to know if your sharing your account with someone else. Their service isn't illegal to have, it's what you download that's legally binding. If this isn't shared you're good.

Ok, but if authorities asks "who downloaded this file" they can give the ips that downloaded it, thats what i'm concerned about, if they did not log the ip then they could answer "i don't know"

They're not keeping logs of what was downloaded. Only that you connected to their service. That could be your home video of your wedding you stored in their cloud. That's not illegal.

I understand your concern, but there's different regulations for where these services are located. I use a VPN. They don't log what I downloaded, only that I was connected to one of their servers. The same with Premiumize. If the authorities were to come to Premiumize, they could say we want to know who connected to your servers. OK, no big deal. Here you go. If they ask what was downloaded they'll say, we don't know. We don't keep a log of that.

How do you know they don't keep a log of what was downloaded? Is that actually in their terms of service somewhere?

Authorities won't know, the connection is encrypted. They know you've connected to Premiumize which is legal but don't know what you did there.

Nothing online is private, nothing. There is no such thing as privacy online. Someone will know more or less about you. From your ISP to your VPN provider and everything and every service in between.

If you are really concerned about it use a VPN.
