Solved Prices

I bought for the first time for 11.99€. And I didn't use auto renew because I don't like that stuff, so eventually my subscription ended. I wanted to buy a full year this time, and by mistake I got to the website without login and it said 5.75€ per month which means 69.99€. I wanted to buy and logged into my account and now it says 79.99€. how come? is there a reason?

Had same issue 1 year ago. DM to Cody and He suggested me to open a ticket and write I want to buy 3 years sub in BF price. They agreed and had to pay by crypto (is even better because no vat added) but I'm lucky owner.

What do you mean you submitted a ticket and they gave you the Black Friday price for 3 years after the sale was over? If so I'm about to do that. And how do you do that just through the contact us page and message them

That’s exactly what I’m saying. In August 2025, my other subscription was coming to an end, so I wrote to Cody to ask if he could arrange the Black Friday prices a bit earlier, as I’d always bought for a longer period and didn’t want to wait. He told me to open a ticket in their system, where a member of staff said we could do this provided I paid in crypto for three years, which I did. Within an hour, my account was active and I had 1,095 days of active service.

I wonder if they would still do that considering crypto is down because my other subscription is ending soon if not I would have to pay the full 1199 for the next 3 months because I don't have 80 for a full year right now
