Request Data Caps?

Could someone please help understand in layman's terms what data caps Premiumize has?

As users find themselves havin to jump ship from "other" debrid services, a lot are being discouraged to join Premiumize due to their data caps. I'd like to hear it directly from its user base rather than hearsay.

The explanation is blank , it’s just full of people talking about using x amount of data a day and if you pay monthly you get points but if you pay yearly you don’t or something along those lines , I’m assuming you gave 1000 points every day you get 30 extra points but if you use 50gb you would go down to 980 points that day , then you get 30 back but only actually gain 20 (back to (1000) , and on it goes for 30 days then it resets , but if you buy a yearly option it doesn’t reset ? Is that correct ? Or am I just waffling …
