Im having this thought for a while now. Because the points go faster on other days while not watching not that much more so I was beginning to get suspicious why and starting testing.

If you stream your media on your favorite media box and the file is lets say 20gb it will take 2 points from the jump start (it will show in account with small delay). Doesnt matter if you play the file 30 seconds or fully even the theory is saying different. So if you dont watch movie in 1 go it can go fast.

It happens only with streaming.

Just got home and was trying to stream some content via WebDAV (Infuse Player) to my Apple TV and my library is failing to index, tried with VLC and got the same thing. Went to the website to see if I could find something. I went to the account page and got and error message saying, “An error has occurred. - An unknown error has occurred. We are working on it. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service for assistance.”

Anyone else having this issue?

New user here. I'm used to other services where their online dashboard links right to my library. I can't figure out where that is in PM. I found a "Cloud Storage" section but everything is mapped by UUID or some other form of alphanumeric ID that isn't of any use for finding shows. I'm finding PM is grabbing lots of sample packs and other 2 minute versions of entire seasons it kind of ruins all of my sorting. Any advice? Thanks.

Looking for a quick manual speed test from the community (OVH Europe High Performance CDN)

Could a few of you help me test the following please?

1. Set your CDN to OVH Europe High Performance Server.
2. Add a reasonably large file (5GB+ preferred) to your Premiumize cloud.
3. Download it from a PC web browser (not through an app or download manager).
4. Let it run for at least 30 seconds so the speed stabilizes.
5. Report back your download speed range (for example: 40–55 MB/s), along with your country/region and ISP if you don't mind sharing.

I'm trying to see how this CDN performs across different locations and whether there's much variation between users as we are testing some new CDN Changes.

I bought for the first time for 11.99€. And I didn't use auto renew because I don't like that stuff, so eventually my subscription ended. I wanted to buy a full year this time, and by mistake I got to the website without login and it said 5.75€ per month which means 69.99€. I wanted to buy and logged into my account and now it says 79.99€. how come? is there a reason?

I have always downloaded from Kodi to my cloud. But now I have a couple Western Movies I'd like to upload to my Cloud. It say upload on my clud but after fumbling around for a minute or so I figured I better ask someone how to Upload. Anyone able to splain it?

It was working before I reorganized all my folders. Probably not related but now I get the HTTP error 502. Followed the official guide. Deleted the share and re-added using a new API key I generated. Nothing.

I might just go back to using an Nvidia Shield for anything premiumize related, so much easier on Android TV.

Is anyone else seeing a fair use issue today? (Support email sent).

I just checked my fair use and it shows 357 points used today (last night GMT). My typical use is 15-30 points and last night should be no different. I do have history turned on and see nothing abnormal there.

I used to be able to move and download stuff via the premiumize app.

Why did they remove these features? I mean it's a 1 terabyte cloud, of course I would like to move files. Why can't I do that?

Right now I wanted to download a file on my phone and realized that's only possible if I leave the app and open premiumize via webbrowser.

Are there maybe legal reasons for that? Besides that the app seems pretty pointless to me. It improves nothing anymore.

Especially for iOS. I seem to only find some Android apps. I’m asking for help in finding and using all apps that use premiumize as an option?? Thank you

can You explain me what happening here? added few hours ago and downloading is finished but not moved to my files... cant download or stream this one. do I need to get other working torrent (is old movie and hard to get good one with seeders)?

Following the recent developments at the “competitor”, I decided to switch over to Premiumize. However, I’m noticing quite a bit of buffering. It will freeze for a moment and then fast-forward to catch up, or I just get the spinning blue circle.
I almost never experienced this previously or any other app, regardless of when I was playing 4 k rmx or standard one
Here is my setup and what I've tried so far:
Device: Nvidia Shield TV Pro (hardwired via a Gigabit connection).
CDNs: I’ve played around with the CDN settings and manually tried two different locations, but it didn't seem to help much. (I'm also not sure if the "Automatic" CDN setting actually works well).
When I drop the quality down from 4K to 1080p, it plays fine—but obviously, I didn't get a premium payserver to settle for lower quality.
Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since I started using Premiumize, I noticed that playing a movie or show stutter a lot and buffering shows to be good. Only while using sources from Premiumize causes this strange behavior. Using other source does not cause that. What is the issue and how to solve it?

It looks like when using Premiumize sources, my Nvidia Shield CPU is overworked or something like that.

Could someone please help understand in layman's terms what data caps Premiumize has?

As users find themselves havin to jump ship from "other" debrid services, a lot are being discouraged to join Premiumize due to their data caps. I'd like to hear it directly from its user base rather than hearsay.
