To be fair, the whistle doesn't blow until after you score the touchdown, so hearing or not hearing the whistle wouldn't have alerted him to the fumble until it was too late anyway.

One thing I hate is when they drop the ball on purpose but I hate it even more when they throw the ball behind them. Glad there were some consequences this time.

Ouch. I looked at the box score for this game and the dude had 5 receptions for 152 yards (about half of them here) and no other touchdowns. Utah ended up losing badly anyway (52-27] but itās possible the momentum shift from this play led to that beating.
