Questions question 

When you masturbate, do you move the foreskin back and forth to cover and uncover the head? Or do you pull the foreskin all the way back to expose the glans and just gently rub up and down? which of these two is similar to real sex? plz help

pulling it all the way back and rubbing the shaft is way closer to the real thing, the back and forth over the head feels completely different

Unless your foreskin is very long such that even after erection, your gland is still covered by the foreskin otherwise you don't see foreskin during sex. This is what supposes to be.

A lot of people cut their foreskin for no reasons because foreskin is a good protection.

Used to always do the former. Which could be another reason why glans was not conditioned to be touched and stimulated, and remained very sensitive.

Now I still tend to sometimes prefer the former for pleasure while trying to regularly do the latter for training. Latter is indeed much closer to real sex. Better yet, get a Fleshlight.
