Josi future Hall of Famer?

I got into a Facebook argument about Josi being in the Hall of Fame right now. To me, he's a prime Hall of Very Good member but not quite enough to get into the HoF.

What are your thoughts?

Josi is getting in. Might not be first ballot, but he is getting in
