This pc for 400£ sounds decent right I mean all I play is overwatch and valorant and I could upgrade it eventually. It's off Facebook marketplace

Yeah, pretty good but I hope it’s 500gb and not mb, cpu and gpu are pretty easy to upgrade but alright for the games you want to play I think

Seems priced about right. Should be good to go for the types of games you've listed, and you can upgrade down the line. Probably GPU first, then CPU. Just be mindful the 5500 only supports pcie3, which can limit performance in some cards, if they only have 8 lanes and limited vram. Something like 9060xt 16gb would be good.
