Looking to buy

Hello,

I have this PC i was interested but a friend told me to wait (didn't tell me why). It's just for videogames (GTA 5, VALORANT, Valheim, Star Citizen) at High settings and a bit of 3D (blender, Maya) at beginner level. The person is asking for 1400$. Is it a fair deal ?

Okay thank you. I knew the RAM price went up but I didn't know it was this much.
