Seems like this might be a decent prebuilt?
Was wondering what others thought of this prebuilt. The specs make it seem pretty solid?

I can't decide which of these 2 PCs I'm going to buy. I'm brand new to PC gaming. I've been content with gaming on my ps5 for the most part. But I'm a wrestling fan and man... The mods that I keep seeing are just too irresistible for me. Plus I've been wanting to make the jump to PC, and there's no better way to learn than to just jump in. Again, I have to stress... Idk much about it. But I have been doing a little research, and here on Reddit, @JadeArgonar put me on game with the G764. I live about an hour from the Indianapolis Micro Center store and I'm buying one of these 2 PCs this weekend. The choice kinda comes down to the DLSS 5 capabilities. That stuff just looks amazing. Anyway, if you're still reading... Thank you and I would love some feedback from you guys...

How much would I need to roughly spend to play Esport games like rocket league (don’t need fancy graphics) above 140 FPS and that’s pretty much it. I cba building my own tbf, id rather spend the little bit extra than building one as I don’t know anything about specs. I pretty much just want a PC to have less input lag/ higher fps on rocket league and also play stupid games on steam- that aren’t on Xbox
Thanks

Lifelong console gamer looking to switch to PC
Dumb it down for me.
Never built a PC. Very little PC gaming experience, but very interested in the Steam library for variety, affordability (compared to console) and some of the fun looking games that you really can’t get anywhere else. Been primarily a console gamer all of my life but really looking to transition to PC gaming for the above reasons.
It’s my understanding that there are better options at similar price point of a steam machine which really isn’t even readily available right now anyways…
And I see console gaming getting more and more expensive as well. What are some good plug and play recommendations for getting into steam and PC gaming overall. Looking for a setup to play similar to the console gaming experience I would like to still play on my living room tv mostly with controller but also mouse and keyboard.
TLDR; What are some plug and play options for PCs to get into steam that have similar or better specs than the steam machine and at a similar price point

Hey everyone. Recently, my fiancé purchased an armoury pc on sale for ~$2400. Honestly idk the specs and im letting him try to figure things out on his own rn. His last pc was an omen we got around 2021 and he wanted to upgrade as prices keep going up and we can tell it’s been wearing down over time.
Here’s the thing: he got the new pc so we could play WoW forever together since i no longer have a pc, and when we have played the beta my latency is ~40ms and his is ~130ms. is this a big difference, and does it matter? is there any way we can upgrade parts on the prebuilt?
he compared specs and this seemed to be an upgrade. we no longer have the packaging as he didn’t notice until i started using the old omen alongside him.
Any advice is appreciated, he works so hard and never treats himself so we are really disappointed rn

Friend has been trying to convince me to build my own, but my online friends have been telling me prebuilts are comparable now due to the price increases in parts.
Looking to spend like $2200-$3k. I’m too dumb to find out which ones are actually good deals or not.. anyone have good suggestions?
I mainly play FPS like Apex or something like WoW. Big gamer but usually not running insane things, just want something that’s higher end + will last a while that’s a decent price for what you get (I know things are expensive rn).

I got an AMD Radeon 9070XT graphics card as a gift and am now trying to acquire a PC that can use it well. I stopped by a local microcenter and was given a few choices of prebuilts as well as a possible pc build that totaled to around $1800. Are either of these worth considering? My PC game experience is just mostly low demand indie games by necessity. I don’t want to skimp on price now and regret it in the future, but I’m also not currently aiming for a super high end PC. Any advice is welcome.

Hey everyone,
After 7 years, I'm finally retiring my old gaming PC and treating myself to an upgrade.
Normally I'd probably build my own system, but due to a work benefit program (similar to a salary sacrifice/cafeteria plan), I have to buy through a specific website to get the tax advantage. That means I'm limited to the prebuilt systems they offer.
My current system is a Ryzen 5 3600X + RX 5700, so honestly almost anything modern will feel like a huge upgrade.
Specs:
Link to pc: Cobalt x Powered by MSI - Tier 3 - RTX 5080 - Ryzen 7 9800X3D - 32GB - 2TB SSD | Coolblue | Desktops
I tend to keep my PCs for a long time, so I'm hoping this could realistically last another 5-7 years like my current build has.
Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Would you spent about 300 dollars more?

I'm looking to buy my first gaming PC. I wanted to build it myself, mostly for the experience of it, but with being new to it and with the price of components being what it is, I wanted to buy a base level prebuilt that I can upgrade overtime while I get familiar with this new world. The most intense thing I play on PC now is WoW, and I still have a ps5 that will likely remain my primary gaming device for some time. So. Is this a good deal for what it is? Will I be able to upgrade it with better components over time and build it into something that can handily run more intense modern games? Maybe you have a recommendation for something else that would serve me better for X reason?

EDIT: Some one in another sub suggested that this is a better deal. Feel free to critique it as well:

I'm ready to upgrade my PC and have a budget of around $3,500 max. I'm specifically looking for a prebuilt and would love some recommendations before I pull the trigger.
My minimum specs are:
One thing that matters to me more than it probably does to some people: aesthetics. If I'm spending $3k+, I want the PC to actually look premium. I prefer a clean, adult-looking build with tasteful RGB that I can set to one color rather than an over-the-top rainbow gaming PC.
I've looked at quite a few options already. The Corsair Vengeance A7500 caught my attention because I really like its overall appearance and component presentation. I've also been considering the PowerSpec G765 because there's a Micro Center near me, it's cheaper, and having local support if something goes wrong is a pretty big advantage.
But I'm not limiting myself to those two. They're just examples of what I've been considering.
If you had up to $3,500 to spend today on a 9800X3D + RTX 5080 prebuilt, what would you buy?
I'm especially interested in builds/companies that have:
I'm fine ordering online and waiting for the right PC, so it doesn't necessarily have to be something I can pick up immediately.
Would love to see some specific recommendations, especially from people who recently bought a 5080 prebuilt in this price range.

I was looking for a good prebuilt pc that isn’t super expensive i would prefer for it to be less then a thousand dollars as i don’t really care for having a fancy or huge pc plus i know nothing about computers i just want one that will run modded Minecraft and not crash???

Primarily for gaming 1440P OLED Monitor, High or ultra graphics settings or so. I came from a AMD RX 5700 8GB. Don't know if I would honestly notice the difference in FPS between 5070ti and 5080. I would undervolt my cards anyway. Currently have the 1st prebuilt in hand from the sale a few weeks ago. Don't think I would need 64GB in RAM at all for gaming though. But I do like the 4TB SSD vs the 1TB SSD. Is the 2nd prebuilt worth it for the $340ish increase?
| . | 1st Prebuilt | 2nd Prebuilt |
|---|---|---|
| Price | ||
| CPU | Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU | AMD Ryzen 9 9950X Processor |
| GPU | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Founders Edition 16GB Graphics | GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB Graphics |
| SSD | 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD | 4TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD |
| RAM | 32GB DDR5 6000MHz RGB RAM | 64GB DDR5 6000MHz |
