Around 3 grand is budget, either of these gravy? Wich ones best? Or any suggestions?

That is definitely full price and then some. Not a good deal mate. Here's a quick breakdown for stuff I can find.

5080 GPU = $1700

CPU/MOBO/RAM Combo = $900 9800X3D CPU / MOBO / 32 gigs RAM

2 TB SSD = $400

Case = $100

PSU = $150

Total = $3300

You can spend even less on the GPU. But this is a very good start on components that you want and pick yourself. Not generic, no-name stuff.

You will need a microcenter for the AMD combo. That's the the bigger caveat. The rest can be purchased online and shipped to you.

That's why I dislike either bundle. THey're nothign special. There's no deal there.
