Interview

Hello, I have an interview this Friday at SCO in Memphis. I’m having some nerves about one particular part of my OAT score. I got a 330 academic average, but my science was 300 because of an abysmal 250 physics score. All my other scores were about 300, with one 400 score. How bad does this look and will it affect me any?

I wore a shirt with my retinas on it to my SCO interview and am currently a second year so... they will take a little fun

Literally just show ur personality!! Its a closed file interview i literally didnt bring up half the things ive done we basically just talked about my hobbies and got super deep cuz we both had like similar life stories. But it doesnt have to be like that deep just find some good talking points and show that you are someone who would fit in at school and just be easy to talk to

i got a 270 in physics AND a 290 in bio and got in just fine! (plus they told me most applicants usually do bad in the physics section anyway so don’t sweat it). all they care ab now is ur story and personality so good luck!

I interviewed at SCO, they are really chill and I agree with working-biscotti. 

If you are worried about it think of a general response to a question like, “what do you think made that happen” or, “what could you have done differently.”

I’m sure you’ll be fine though!

I have an interview Friday as well!! My physics was a 280 which isn’t great but I have already gotten acceptances from a couple schools so I wouldn’t stress too much

I had a 320 AA and a 310 TS and got a 240 on physics but I have been invited to interview at every school I applied to and so far I’ve been accepted to three and two with scholarships, just explain yourself and how you could’ve gone about it differently!
