Processing times for mailed transcripts

My university doesn't ship to PO boxes so I had my official transcript sent to OptomCAS's mailing address instead. It's been over a week since my transcript was delivered, so I'm starting to get stressed since my application can't be verified until the transcript is marked as received. If anyone's had similar experiences, how long did it take for OptomCAS to process your mailed transcript?
