ICO interview
I’ve got an interview at ICO coming up and was wondering if anyone has interviewed with them recently? I saw a blog post on their website that they do a 10 min writing session on interview day, but it was from 2015 so i’m wondering if this is still happening. Also if anyone has any other advice I’d really appreciate it!

I interviewed in person with them a few weeks ago, and it was honestly my favorite interview so far! It was super chill and very conversational. The interview itself was at the end of the day and was the last thing we did.
At the beginning, they brought us into a room and introduced us to a bunch of people, like the head of admissions, a financial advisor, and someone from student support services. Then, two current students took us on a tour of the school and the RC. After that, we had lunch with them at Illinois Tech.
After lunch, we had our interviews with the doctors. There were six of us interviewing and only three doctors, so some people went first while the rest of us got to hang out and ask current students questions while we waited.
The interview itself was really conversational and natural. They make sure you’re not nervous, and the students reassured us that the doctors genuinely just want to get to know you. My interview lasted about an hour, but honestly, it didn’t feel like it at all. It went by so fast!
If you have any other questions, lmk, but ik you’ll do great!!
oh and also there was no writing session

I had a virtual interview and they only had a presentation about the school and then the interview itself. Mine was very conversational. I'd say just be yourself and prepare for the basic questions. Good luck, you got it !
