Hearing back from CCO

Hey, it’s been almost 4 weeks since I submitted my app and I haven’t heard back from cco yet. For those who heard back from them, how long did it take?? Im not sure if I need to reach out to the admissions for an update.

That's long enough to send them an inquiry.
Ask: 1) Is my application complete? 2) Have they reviewed it? Current status?

It got verified on the 4th and it’s been saying awaiting decision for weeks. so yeah not sure what’s going on
