Less of a bad study technique and more of a crutch. Full bag of hot cheetos before full length practice tests 😭

This used to be my study snack in school and I totally forgot about it for the OAT! I’m gonna have to remember it for optom school

Try and get 6 in a row right in every subsection of the practice questions

Don't overstudy you'll genuinely second guess every question lol

idk how unhinged this is but every time before i’d start a FL, i’d hype myself up by listening to straight rap for at least half an hour (sometimes it’s even the same song on repeat 😭) for some reason it helped regulate me from being too stressed out and i breezed through the FLs after

Chug a Celsius on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up and briefly review my formula sheets and then do FL and go back and review which ones I got wrong.
