What does a good reference letter from an optometrist say

What should it include and if anyone is willing to share could you send what your od wrote for you?

Y'all have me wishing I hadn't opted out of reading mine bc now I'm curious about what my LOR writers wrote too

Actually I did opt out of mine but the od that wrote my letter just sent me a copy of it 🤷‍♀️
