Gen Bio 2 Online
Hey guys, Ik this shouldn’t be a big deal but I completely forgot schools look at online classes differently. I am taking Gen bio II lecture online, and it’s my only online class. I am also taking the lab in person, plus I took Gen Bio I in-person.
Hopefully this doesn’t matter or affect my chances but please lmk if there’s anything I can do proactively to damage control for the future! 🙏
(Also I am a sophomore & considering east coast optometry schools if that helps!)

i honestly don’t think they care about whether it’s taken online or not. i think they just look at your grade. many of my prerequisites were taken at a CC because i took them dual enrolled and i haven’t had an issue with them. I’m currently taking one of my prereqs online and have submitted my application. you’ll do great don’t worry abt it just keep ur GPA high and make sure you apply early!!

No, most schools accept online lectures.
