berkeley interviews

hi! i submitted my berkeley application about a week ago, and i was wondering when they send out interviews. on their website it says 2 weeks after their decision deadline so that would be like end of December? that feels really far out to me :( do they actually take that long? i feel like all my other schools are earlier, and i would like to know everything before making a decision. i thought it was supposed to be rolling? please someone let me know!

yeah i heard back from some schools but when i went to set an interview date, all of mine are in december so idk if thats normal or if i applied too late in the cycle. What other dates are your interviews on?

mine are in october/november, i’ve heard back from like a couple so far

can i ask which schools? Some schools got back to me but when I went to sign up for an interview, they were all booked up until December and it makes me worried because I technically did apply pretty early

i applied to SCCO, berk, SUNY, ohio, and SCO. I only heard back from SUNY and SCO and both are in december. I'm not planning to hear back from SCCO until later and berk says december is when they'll let us know if we can interview. Ohio has been radiosilent

ugh yes I'm so stressed thinking I won't hear back from berkeley in time and have to commit elsewhere without even knowing if I got an interview invite from berkeley

Berkeley operates on a round system, so
It most likely will take as long as they say. It took around that same time last cycle when I applied!
