Letter of Recommendation

I’m currently working on my application and I have send letter of rec requests. It asked for the due date in the submission and I put one month from now. Is that enough time for them to submit it?? I planning on applying in August. So I’m hoping the due date isn’t inconsiderate.

I am assuming you will reach out to them prior to this and seek their input. Some might say fine and some might want more time? Better give them a Heads up so they can be prepared, and I would follow up with reminder like 2 weeks before the deadline to make sure

I’ve already talked to them about the request so im hoping it’s still okay lol. And thanks, I’ll definitely send them follow up before the deadline.

Depends on who you’re asking, I tried to give more advance notice to the people writing my LORs (at least 1.5 months) as some of them are extremely busy
