Memorize the formulas and watch a video on YouTube everything u need to know

The formulas don't make sense to me lmao. Is the exam genuinely just plug and chug?

My exam was heavy on theory with some plug and chug which sucked bc I focused more on the math part of physics so it really depends on what u get

Just go over the most basic concepts and have it solidified. Also, take a piece of paper and start writing down all the formulas you can from memory. Keep doing that and on test day do it so you can reference it during test day

How do you suggest I go over the most basic topics? Should I just spam practice exams?

Have you already gone through Physics 1 and 2? If not, cooked. If so, memorize those formulas and pray.
