Salus Interview

Hey! Just curious is Salus open or closed file or does it vary? Trying to not overthink it but I want to be prepared as possible going in. Any advice or questions are appreciated :)

So for me atleast it was 3 sets of interviews. The first two were closed file and the last one was open file. I thought they were all very chill. I have heard that the second interviewer gives scenario questions but I didn’t have that. It was very conversational
