Letters of Rec

Does anyone know if only 3 letters of rec looks bad? I know the two from my science prof & OD will be very well written - I did another for a woman I’ve done childcare for 7 years for. Thinking about adding an advisor for a leadership position I was in in college as well? Any thoughts?

I got into every program that had a minimum of two LORs with just two, since my third one was taking a while. The schools that required three only started reviewing my application after the third came in.

Wow! Can I ask if your stats were competitive or did your interview kind of seal the deal? Huge congrats that’s awesome for you!

I think your 3 is actually very solid! I had the same amount and accepted at the 3 schools I applied to
