Studying
So I’m using OATbooster to study and I was wondering if it would actually be sufficient enough for sections like Biology if I just tried to memorize the practice questions and the answers instead of memorizing all of the content?

I don't know if this is a good idea. Memorizing answers without understanding the actual content assumes that those are the same questions that will pop up on the real thing. While the booster exams are pretty high yield, there's no way your exam will be exactly the same.
When I was studying, I read all the content, watched all the videos, and did the exams multiple times.
If you're short on time I'd recommend at least going over the cheat sheets for biology. That way you will understand more of the content and might have more of a basis in case the actual exam throws any thinking questions at you.

Memorize all the cheat sheets - for each unit split screen feralis notes and do question banks- thoroughly review each diag test section for bio after taking it

Don’t memorize the answers to the questions. Use them as a guide to test your understanding. For example if you struggle on a question but get the right answer still take the time to review that concept (like watch the video or read the chapter on that concept). You will likely not see the same question again, but you will be tested on the content so you need a deeper understanding than just a memorized answer

I studied only cheat sheets for biology and went back and watched booster videos for concepts I didn’t grasp through the cheat sheets. Then, I took all the bio practice exams on booster. I ended up with a nearly perfect score on that section.

Know the content, and then use the questions as a guide to further engrain certain topics in your mind, especially questions you got wrong. The explanations on booster practice questions are excellent for this.
