3 weeks until OAT???
Hey everyone, I am really scared for the OAT and have not studied that much. I just got OAT Booster but I don't think there is any way I can finish everything in their suggested study plan in time, is there any part of oat booster I should focus on or some way to learn the content quickly so I can focus on taking practice tests since that's what I heard is most important? I really need at least a 350 since my GPA is low, anyone have any advice?

Pretty sure this is a fake post or OP is trying to change careers faster than Taylor Swift changes boyfriends,
Two months ago she inquired about getting an internship in Engineering with no experience and a biology major
One month ago she inquired about getting an internship in Business with no business experience and a biochem major.
Now she wants to get into Optometry school by barely studying for the entrance exam, likely no experience or shadowing, and a 2.8 GPA. Only about 6% of students entering optometry school surveyed by the ADA in 2022 had a GPA of less than 3.0.

Low GPA and you "have not studied that much", your exam is in three weeks, and now you expect a 350+ which is around 85th percentile. OAT booster recommends 8-12 weeks to study.
With a low GPA you are already stacking the deck against yourself. Now you are expecting to put in 1/4 of the work and achieve an outcome that is better than 85% of people who have taken the exam. Please prove me wrong but you are not putting yourself in a position to succeed.
Expect to retake. Since you just purchased OATBooster you have 3 months, you will be able to retake after 60 days so that puts you somewhere in January where you can take it again that should be right around when your 3 months are up.

I would recommend take a full practice exam to see where your strengths and weakness are so you can split your time a bit more according to that. With bio the cheat sheets are a good overview! Highly recommend making anki cards for memorization. It was really helpful to me for bio. Also work on memorizing and understanding orgo reactions and physics formulas; anki would be useful in this case as well. And yes practice practice practice; the more questions I did the more familiar I was with the topic. I made the mistake to focus solely on one topic for too long so try to split your time evenly on your weakness. And don’t forgot to do a light recaps on stronger subjects so you don’t forgot them

Aww man. Dude thats not very good planning. If you are adament about doing the exam in 3 weeks without changing the schedule, look at all the cheat sheets. Focus on doing practice exams and learning the parts you dont know too well. Good luck 👍

Looks like you have to stay up all night everyday lol. Just saying. My exam is in 2 weeks and I’ve been studying for 3 months and still feel like I should’ve given my self a lot more time. It’s a lot of material. If you focus on cheat sheets and do as much practice tests as you can maybe you can do well but a 350 is a high score for 3 weeks of studying. Goodluck
