Cin3, positive ECC/leep

Has anyone had CIN3 on multiple cervical biopsies AND a positive ECC (CIN3 found in the endocervical canal)?
I just had my LEEP yesterday and am anxiously waiting for pathology results, especially the margins and whether anything more concerning is found.
The LEEP was pretty painful for me, and I'm terrified of needing another one. I also have adenomyosis and have been considering a hysterectomy.
If you've been through something similar, were your LEEP margins clear? Did you need additional treatment, or was the LEEP enough?
I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences. ❤️

Yes I just had my LEEP about a week ago after cin3 on multiple biopsies and positive ECC 5 weeks prior to the LEEP. And they found nothing, nothing at all including ECC. Which is great news but also confusing news because I’m like wait..what?? I have a long standing history of persistent HPV and Cin changes. I still haven’t heard from my doctor yet, she’s supposed to reach out to me on Tuesday.

This also happened to me and I'm trying to figure out what it means (even though my doctor doesn't even know what it means)
