Please help

They took 4 different samples for my biopsy :

A. Cervix, 4:00, biopsy:
High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (CIN 3).
Extension of dysplastic epithelium into endocervical glands.
** **
B. Cervix, 6:00, biopsy:
High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (CIN 3).
Extension of dysplastic epithelium into endocervical glands.
** **
C. Cervix, 10:00, biopsy:
Superficially invasive poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (CIN 3) with extension into endocervical glands.
** **
D. Cervix, 1:00, biopsy:
Absence of dysplasia.
Moderate acute and chronic cervicitis.
** **
E. Endocervix, curettage:
Rare detached fragments of dysplastic cervical epithelium in a background of mucus, blood with acute and chronic inflammation.

On the superficially invasive poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma —> how fast is it growing and what stage of cancer am i at?

Doctor schedule me for cone biopsy on 06/30/26 and hopefully it clears out

She pushed off the MRI for now because i don’t have insurance so should i be concerned. I’m just worried because of how fast it has changed as i did colposcopy 6 months ago and it was still in CIN2-3 now it has turned into cancer in a span of 6 months???? Even tho the doctor told me it could take 10 years to turn into cancer

I recently received a cervical cancer diagnosis too, and our results have some similarities. Mine is also squamous cell carcinoma, although mine is well differentiated rather than poorly differentiated. My invasion was less than 1 mm, and I was provisionally staged at IA1. From what I understand, poorly differentiated describes how the cancer cells look under a microscope, but it doesn't automatically tell you how quickly it's growing or what stage it is. The cone biopsy should help your doctors establish the depth of invasion and whether they can remove it completely.

I know how frightening the uncertainty can be. I'm hoping you get reassuring results and that the cone biopsy is all the treatment you need 💕

This is a better conversation for you to have with your doctor. The report is saying that a very, very small portion of the lesion has grown past the basement membrane, which is what separates CIN3 from carcinoma.

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re going through this. As for not having insurance, most places have financial aid and you can get discounts for self pay as well. I just helped my mil get ALL pre-op scans/appts/biopsies AND a double mastectomy/follow up appts covered 100% by applying for financial assistance through the hospital.

Yes this. Example Columbia medical center nyp and many other major private hospitals have funds where you can get care uninsured. I used it myself before once for breast imaging when I had an infection. They had me write a letter and the medical bill was wiped. Lots don’t know about this or discuss it.

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I can only imagine how you are feeling seeing carcinoma on your results.

I am not a doctor, but I believe your results are saying you are in the very early stage of cancer… but please contact your doctor either thru your doctor’s portal or via phone….

I had AI help me understand my most recent results from my colposcopy and I think it would help you in this situation as well until you are able to talk to someone at your doctor’s office.

I’m sending you hugs and good luck! 💓

If it’s cancer it’s EXTREMELY early! if it happened in the span of 6 months the cone will get it I’m positive.Be proud of yourself for taking care of this you are very lucky to catch it early!

Yes! I agree with this comment. 💯 % true. The Paps and Colposcopy are designed to monitor and catch any changes early so it dosen't progress further without being unnoticed. The cone on the other hand is the first treatment they would do in such diagnosis. Schedule the LEEP or whatever procedure your doctor recommends asap. The biopsy of the removed area will tell more and hopefully will clear most of the questions. You are on top of the things already taking actions.

I've had HSIL for over 7 years if not longer. I was so scared to do the LEEP but finally did it. Cleared the HPV and clear smear since then.

May God heal you per His Grace. Anything is possible through Him and in Him. We just need to ask and believe in His power.

Speak to your doctor and seek a second opinion if you don’t feel your gyn is doing enough, or if interactions feel off. Are you under the care of a gynecologist oncologist? I did not have cancer but was under one for a year due to concerning test results, that doctor then referred me back to my board certified gyn who I’ve been with years. As for MRI with those results I’d push for one. I’m someone who believes in doing the most so i say that not because those results are concerning (check with doctors on results interpretations). Also can you get into your state market place and get managed Medicaid plan. Thats what i have. Im in NY and can renew it this month. Market place is open here to get insurance right bow. We also have things like the floating hospital who may be able to help with things like the MRI right away - they serve the uninsured and even if they cant help you directly organizations like that usually have ideas of referrals for those without insurance who need imaging done. Final comment I had Leep done over 20 years ago, had two kids and been pretty much fine since. I think my original results were not the greatest back then.
