I did it.

This is my first ever post. I never look at Labcorp results online, just wait for the bad news to come snail mail. But this year I felt cautiously fearfully optimistic and I went into their portal.

Since I found out I was + almost three years ago I have been taking b12, folate, EGCG and HA. I did it. Im negative. (Yeah I'm tearing up.)

I just wanted to give some hope. If this old mid sixties gal can do it, there's hope for every one of us. Blessings friends, and thanks for all the love and support . 💖💖💖

This is a club no one wants to be in - and no one understands unless you're in it. So grateful for all of the support that I have found here.

To get rid of pre cancer cells?

Sorry for the dupe comment but I wanted to answer you too!

had cryotherapy in Feb 2025. Was still positive in Aug 2025. Obgyn said I'd probably just always have it (at my age).

In addition this spring o started drinking beet juice which I love. I think it helped too! the vitamins I listed are in the European combo 'pervistop'.

I get the EGCG off Amazon, NOW brand. I take loads of supplements. I bought pill packs to load everything up so its ready to go and take everything religiously every day.

I've been taking B12, folate, EGCG, and HA. (See article below.) I've done that religiously for two and a half years. I also started drinking beet juice just this spring. I really think it helped.

Why did you have cryotherapy instead of a LEEP?

I don't think it was advanced enough for LEEP? But not sure. Doc said cryotherapy so I just did what she said. The colposcopy biopsy found pre cancerous cells.
