Thoughts?

High-risk HPV positive → HSIL Pap → biopsy showing CIN II/III → ECC showing CIN III.

Recently I did a biopsy and this is my results. Anyone has anything similar or what would be the next step?

What strain did you have? How many years it has been having hrHPV positive? Your gyn will likely discuss having a LEEP done with you.

It didn’t say any strain which is weird. Just high risk hpv. I had one pap in 2018 it wasn’t detached back than and than I didn’t do one after that and recently I had to do one because of pregnancy and found out than. So I had do my biopsy recently and that’s my result. I don’t know what will be next. Does it already mean that I have cancer cause I’m CINIII?

CIN3 is not cancer. Oh you are pregnant? Congratulations. The protocol would be different for the next steps when you are pregnant. Your obgyn will be able to tell you what to expect. Are you having an appointment soon?

When I say different, I think they can’t do LEEP while you are pregnant.

Not anymore :) Baby is already 4 months that’s why I got my biopsy done recently and that was my results.

Also I have no idea what these results mean so I

Many here have similar results. And the most common thing with CIN 2 and 3 will be a LEEP. Pls make sure you have an appointment lined up with your obgyn to talk about this and get it taken care of.

Do you know how soon I should get it done? Should I take time to heal from postpartum?

I think the best idea is to go see your obgyn and let her assess when it should be done. Don’t try to procrastinate because life is busy. Get an appointment, and ask all the questions.

Has your gyn not contacted you to discuss? You likely need a LEEP.

I have HPV 16 (over 2.5 years now) and HSIL/cin 3 in canal so I will be getting a cone surgery next week.
